Randy Albert is the Principal of Strategic Change Advisors. He serves as a strategic partner and advisor to Phimation, and leads Phimation’s product strategy and development efforts.
With 26 years of management consultant experience, Randy specializes in helping clients define, gain buy-in and implement business critical improvement initiatives. He has served in leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Accenture and Dannemiller Tyson Associates. Randy has also served as an executive at five small businesses, including, VP Professional Services at LLamasoft, VP Operations at eePulse, and founder/CEO at Bigwig Software.
Randy’s extensive operating experience working with and for companies ranging from startups to multi-nationals provides perspective that is important to small businesses. He has vast expertise in helping companies achieve strategic alignment and engage employees to generate specific and measurable business results.
Randy is the author of two consultant guides on interactive strategic planning, serves as a member of the Scio Township Economic Development Action Committee, has served as the chairman of Leadership Ann Arbor and has been an active volunteer with Ann Arbor SPARK and Food Gatherers.
