Randy Albert has joined Phimation Strategy Group, a management-consulting firm focused on Stage 2 companies, as chief operating officer.
Albert is responsible for product strategy and development for the company. He also serves as a principal consultant to Phimation’s clients.
For the past 18 years, Albert has been a management consultant, most recently at Strategic Change Advisors, where he helped clients define, gain buy-in and carry out implementation plans for critical business improvement initiatives. Prior to that position, Albert served in leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Accenture and Dannemiller Tyson Associates. Albert has also served as an executive at four small businesses, including VP of operations at eePulse and founder/CEO at Bigwig Software.

Albert is also the co-author of Phimation’s new Stage 2 Owner’s Manual, as well as two consultant guides on interactive strategic planning. He resides in Ann Arbor, Mich.
